We are now accepting vendor applications for 2015 Main Concours Event on Sunday.  Over 2,700 participants attended the SLO Concours in 2014 and we look forward to another successful event this year.

The Food and Wine Garden at the Concours is a family-friendly area with vendors, various food offerings, as well as local wine and beer.  Booths are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

*Please note: All vendors must provide a resellers permit number and a cerficate of additional insured if approved.

Food Vendors  |  15% of Sales

Wine and Beer Vendors  |  10% of Sales

Wine and Beer Vendor registration includes:

  • 2 Vendor passes

Retail Vendors  |  $200

Retail Vendor registration includes:

Release of Liability:

The undersigned, desiring to enter and participate as a vendor in the San Luis Obispo Concours does hereby tender his/her application to participate. If the selection committee accepts the applicant vendor, the undersigned agrees to: Release and hold harmless Hospice of San Luis Obispo County, Madonna Inn Inc., Madonna Properties, LLC, and the San Luis Obispo Concours and any other participating organizers, sponsors, their officers, directors, employees and/or other members and volunteers and any and all liability arising out of said event. Accept all risks inherent in the event and hereby agrees to release the above entities from any loss or damages arising out of said event. Abide by the guideline under which said event will be run and abide by them. That the foregoing release, waiver, and indemnity agreement is a broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law in the State of California.

 

Participant Rules:

  • You must possess a California State Seller’s Permit Number and Resale Certificate.
  • As a seller, you are required to report and pay the applicable taxes for your taxable sales.
  • You may sell only the type of items specified in your application. Stickers and unauthorized festival merchandise will not be allowed.
  • You may not use a microphone, radio, or sound device at any booth without prior approval from festival organizers.
  • The Festival will be held rain or shine. No refunds will be given.
  • Event participation fees are non-refundable after May 1, 2015.
  • Only one vendor may occupy booth space unless you have discussed and approved additional vendors with the festival organizers.
  • You must check in on time and keep your booth open for the entire festival.
  • The San Luis Obispo Concours and its organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
